Remove self-hosted sites

  I have a number of self-hosted websites that were connected to my WordPress.com account via Jetpack, but are now dead sites. Please remove the following sites:

  The Jay & Rose Phillips Family Foundation
  phillipsfnd.staging.wpengine.com

  The Truman Group
  http://www.truman-group.com

  Truman Group
  trumangroup.wpengine.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
