Remove deleted JetPack-linked self hosted blogs from account?

Add topic to favorites
I have uninstalled my jetpack linked blog from the server but yet the blogs are visible on my wordpress account under “My blogs”. I read the post at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/delete-remove-jetpack-linked-blogs-from-account?replies=9 and figure only the happiness team can remove it. Here are the ones I’d ask you to remove for me (because you won’t give a remove button to me!)

also, do remove http://cogiaworld.comze.com from the lot. Although it’s online, It is hardly functional considering it’s free hosting. on 000webhost.com, Update of Jetpack crashes the site instead.
