  The blog that I am working on is private, so I don’t know if staff can view it.

  Can I remove the balloons on the theme “Balloons” without purchasing Custom Design?

  I read a helpful thread on these forums, so now I know that you do need the upgrade…
  

  Will I have to pick a different theme if I don’t want the upgrade?
