Regulus text widget pants?

Hi,

Does anyone else find the text widget for the Regulus theme a bit pants? I love the theme, but the way the text widget looks when used really spoils the page.

Does anyone else find this? Do you have a work-around?

that’s theme-dependent and we know we can’t edit the template. change theme if it bothers you that much

I know it’s theme dependent and no, it doesn’t bother me that much. It just seems a shame that the text widget spoils the look when implement (IMHO).

Just wondering what others thought of it?

If you are thinking that you would like to see the pale lavendar coloured box disappear from the text boxes in the sidear then I wonder if this couldn’t be achieved through css customization.

Perhaps one of our css geeks will enter this dialogue and advise if this is possible [hint, hint].
