Registering my domain

Hi, I’ve seen this question in quite a few other places, but I have yet to see a resolution to it. Basically, I have a blog that is hosted off-site at byteknights.net, and I want to link that with my wordpress account (under “my blog”), is there any way to do this?
I am guessing worst case scenario I could cancel my hosting account, and get the .net from wordpress, but I really would rather not. I’m quite happy with godaddy at the moment.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The blog you specified at byteknights.net does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.
