Registered domain redirecting to wordpress subdomain

Hi,
I renewed my annual domain registration in March for my domain: clear-eyes.digital – it used to simply say “coming soon” as no work is done on that domain yet – but now when you try to go to that address it redirects to: https://cleareyesmarketing.wordpress.com/
A bit concerning as I’ve paid for the main domain to now redirect to a free one?

Hi,
This is happening because your Personal plan expired. Domains need an active plan to be used as the primary address. Otherwise, they redirect to the free address.
If you upgrade to any of our plans, you’ll be able to make your domain your site’s primary address. You can find more info here:
