Registered domain not showing

  Hi

  I have paid for a themed ‘Creative Portfolio’ look and domain name. The site/blog is finished but it appears that many people cannot see it. They see a basic WordPress page with a small link at the bottom of this page ‘View Full Site’. How do I launch the customized site? The theme and domain name was paid for a couple of days ago.
