Refunds Clarification
-
Hi: I am trying to make a website for a client. I want to upgrade to the Business Plan because I want the plugins, but I am afraid in the end he might not want to go through with this idea and not use my website. Therefore, what are the cut offs for refunds. Is it 48 hours for full refund, and then I have to pay monthly until the year is up? Or, is it 48 hours for full refund and then if say I cancel in 10 days, I just pay that final month and then im good?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

First off, all payments on WordPress.com are annual. They’re not monthly.
If you are pick a WordPress.com Business plan now, you will be billed the total amount for an year.
If you cancel your WordPress.com plan within 48 hours (with or without a domain registration with the plan), you get the full amount you paid.
If you cancel your WordPress.com plan after 48 hours (with a domain registration), the total cost of the domain registration will be deducted from your refund value.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you have questions.
