Refunding an unknown purchase

Hi!
I saw that a charge was made to my debit card of 693.75 NOK yesterday (11.09.2023). I am unaware of what this charge is as I cannot see that I have any active plans ongoing or that should have been charged recently. I would really like to get a refund on this and cancel whichever plan it is connected to.

To be clear, I have followed the request a refund instructions on wordpress’s support page, and cannot find any ongoing plan under the upgrades tab.

If that charge was made by wordpress.com, you can find out what it is all about at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
On the same page is a form to contact the Billing Team.

I cannot see the charge in Purchase History, therefore I cannot find a transaction ID, but it says on my bank account that it is a wordpress charge. Therefore I cannot send in the billing form. Is there some way in which I can contact a help desk of some kind and not links that link to forms to fill out? Again, I cannot see the charge under my Purchases on wordpress’s webpage, however my bank account says it was a charge made by wordpress.

You can find the Transaction ID on you credit card statement, https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement
You don’t see that charge under your purchases as it is probably connected to another account.
