Refund total amount which has been deducted automatically

    There was no intimation for deduction of amount which has been deducted because of auto-renewal.I would like to disable auto renewal and get refund of total amount at earliest.

    Please help me with the same and take necessary action.

    Hi nikunjjakhotia,

    The domain cost hasn’t been refunded because balajimarble.com is still active on your site. Do you wish to keep this domain or is it no longer needed at all?

    Once a domain has been cancelled, there is no guarantee you will be able to register it again if you change your mind at a later date. I can look at your options if you would like to use the domain on another site.

    Are you happy for me to cancel and refund balajimarble.com?

    Yes.I would like to cancel the domain as I am not using it.I request you to cancel the domain and refund the total amount of $35.88. Also let me know when will I get money in my bank?

    I would appreciate your response and will be looking forward to receive confirmation for refund of total amount which has been deducted.

    Thanks for confirming. I’ve cancelled balajimarble.com and refunded the remaining $26 to you. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History here:

    Your Personal plan has now been refunded in full. Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement but international refunds (outside the US) can take a few extra days.

    I was charged as an auto renewal but i want to cancel it and claim full refund. The blog i need help is cricbanter.blog . kindly look into this matter asap
