  I renewed a subscription, later I discovered that my site is gone due to plugins not being availible on this subscription. I want a refund because it’s too expensive. The box on subscritpiton tab says ‘Remove’ instead of cancel. I bought subscription 5 min ago, why can’t i get a refund if they are time based.

  Correct account: Yes
