Refund on unused account

Hi there!
This account was created years ago for a project in school and I had no idea I was being charged for it. It was my understanding it was a free account (or at least it was at the time). I’m also unsure how I was successfully charged on Aug 26, 2023 because the card associated with the account is deactivated. I would like a refund on the subscription charges and products for subscription charge from August 26, 2022, August 29, 2022, and Aug 26, 2023. Please let me know if this is possible as the account has not been used.
