Refund of automatic domain mapping renewal fee

Hi,

Following an automatic domain mapping renewal on August 4th that I don’t need anymore, I immediatly disabled this service (sciencepop.fr mapped on sciencepopblog.wordpress.com). Before doing so, WordPress indicated that I would receive a refund provided I cancelled it within two weeks of the renewal (which was the case). As of today, I did not get a refund for this fee. Could anyone help me on this?
