Hi, I’d like a refund on the purchase of the Premium Plan. This is because I have asked for help twice and I haven’t had a response and I am growing increasingly annoyed and will probably stop using wordpress and start a website with the domain somewhere else. My issue was that despite mapping my primary domain isn’t changing to the domain I want and still has wordpress on it.
And I can’t access Premium Plan themes even though I paid for this. I need refund now please, thanks.Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

I’m not seeing any subscriptions connected to this WordPress.com account. This means you purchased the subscription on another account and you aren’t seeing them because you aren’t logged into the correct one.
Can you locate the transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com and send it to us using the account recovery form? (Please do not share the transaction ID on this forum.)
