I was charged for a service I haven’t used in a year. I did not authorize you to access my bank account. I need my refund asap or I will get my lawyers involved.

Yes sometimes if you set your payment settings to auto renew these things happen! But no need to worry as long as you are requesting the refund within 30 days it shouldn’t be a problem to get a refund!
