I have been billed a $396 bill for some WordPress thing that I never bought. I need a refund as I didn’t buy this!

The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you that we could charge.

A$396 is the cost of a WordPress.com Business Plan. Do you have any other WordPress.com accounts or sites for which this could have been?
