Hey, Beginning of last week I had some great help from you guys sorting out my website. In the conversation I was told that I had purchased a package that I no longer need. (buisness package) as my website was being hosted somwhere else. When can I expect a refund to be returned to me?

When can I expect a refund to be returned to me?

Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement — although this can take longer if you live outside the US (around 10-14 days).

I’ve double checked your account and the refund was issued on 20-Feb-2017. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

Hello,

The refund has been issued from our end so I’d recommend contacting your bank next. You can give them the transaction ID that appears on your refund receipt — they should be able to tell you whether they are still processing the refund.
