Recently-added category does not exist in category list

  I created a category while adding a new post. It is a sub-sub-category.

  However, my skin makes the category wrap onto two lines in the right-hand bar. So I wanted to edit this category and move it.

  However, that category does not appear, when I look at the list in https://spiralofhope.wordpress.com/wp-admin/categories.php or when I use the category search feature.

  The category does appear when I edit a post, and if I try to add a category of the same name, I am given an error saying the category already exists.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
