Reactivate my old site
Hi, I was in the process of customizing my site that I have had for not quite 2 years and I paid for 3 years. somehow everything was messed up and it would let me access anything, so I hit deactivate site hoping something would help and it seems I have lost everything… is there a way I can fix all this???
The blog I need help with is lovalldogs.wordpress.com.
If you’ve done this in the last thirty days, there should be an email you were sent from WordPress about your deleted site. If you want to reactivate the site then you can reply to this email. But I think if this happened more than thirty days ago, it’s irreversible, I’m afraid.
What is the address of the site in question?
The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here has never bought any paid upgrades from us, and only owns one free site, http://lovalldogs.wordpress.com/
You did recently remove a site, makingherstory.online, from that account, but that is not a WordPress.com site. That is a stand-alone WordPress site, using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, and connected to your account using the Jetpack plugin.
It’s impossible to delete that site from WordPress.com, as it’s not hosted with us, and all you’ve done on our end is to disconnect the Jetpack plugin from your account. You can reconnect it by logging into the WP-Admin dashboard at http://makingherstory.online/wp-admin, clicking on Jetpack in the menu, and following the steps that will appear.
If you don’t have your login credentials for the admin account on that site, please contact your hosting provider, Bluehost.com, directly for help with that.
