Reactivate

    I changed my credit cards, and my wordpress site shut down. I didn’t receive an email, but someone told me, and now I need to reactivate it. Of course I have updated with my new credit card, but I can’t find any ‘reactivate’ action anywhere. Anyone knows how to reactivate it?

    It’s currently in Redemption. The registrar charges a fee to get it back during that time, or the domain could be released (and possibly sold to someone else.)

    Given that, I’m going to go ahead and send an invoice for the redemption and renewal fee. If you want to just let it finish the redemption process, even though there is a risk of losing the domain, let us know and we’ll cancel the invoice. It is time-sensitive, though, so let us know as soon as possible what you’d like to do.

    After that, I did notice your site previously didn’t have a hosting plan. Will you be hosting the site here still? If so, you’ll want to pick one of these. They do come with nice features, though, and we’d be happy to answer any questions you might have.
