    Hi everyone,

    1. Is there an option to not display “Site Identity” text on the theme?
    2. Can I move the menu below the header image?

    Thanks!

    The blog I need help with is simplygently.com.

    Hi there!

    1. Do you mean the credits in the footer that say WordPress.com and Manifest Theme? If so, the footer credit is required to be displayed on all sites according to our terms of service: http://en.wordpress.com/tos/

    However, if you add an upgrade that allows Custom Design such as Premium to your site, you can add custom CSS to change the color/size of them and include your own credit next to those if you’d like.

    If you decide to do that, the folks in the CSS Customization forum can help with that if needed: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization

    2. Moving the menu below the header on the Manifest theme also requires custom CSS. If you decide to add the Premium upgrade to your site, you could add this code in Customize > CSS to move the menu and header around:

    #main-nav {
    	position: relative;
    	top: 190px;
    }

    #header-image {
    	position: relative;
    	top: -50px;
    }

    You can check out the upgrade plan information here: https://wordpress.com/plans

    Alternatively, there are a few newer themes that have a similar look to your current one and have the menu below the header automatically without needing any CSS or a paid upgrade:

    Penscratch: https://wordpress.com/themes/penscratch/
    Typo: https://wordpress.com/themes/typo/

    These are also good to consider switching to, since they’re both responsive and will adjust to various screen sizes automatically, and your current theme is a bit older so it’s not responsive.

    Let me know if you have any questions! :)
