Questions about WordPress website

Hello
I wanna make a section called Contact Us where I want to put my email address so if anyone wants to do a query, inquery, feedback or comment, he can email me and I’ll respond it. And I want to also put a section called debate where anyone can challenge me to debate and that person can debate with me on my website.
So, how what ways I can do this?

As for the debate functionality, that isn’t a feature that WordPress.com offers specifically. you might be able to just set up a specific page offering that service and then debate anyone who responds in the comments area of that page.
