I guess I will just talk to you here then. A few years back a user had reported me on a support page. You responded to her. And then I responded to her, and apologized, and everything was okay. Except that 3 years later the support page is still there, with my full name, and it’s the 2nd thing to come up in search results. Can you please tell me if there is a way to remove this support page? I am not having any luck contacting the user who originally posted. Thank you!!

Hi there,
It looks like you were able to connect to another staff member who has removed your full name from that thread. That is the most we can do, however. As explained in the forum guidelines @timethief linked above, forum threads are not deleted unless it’s a security issue.
