Hi, I want to know of I need to buy a Domain and Host with WP.com and build my website from there and then transfer it over to WP.org?
I am more interested in a .Org site then a .Com site for my webpage. Can you advise me who hosts with WP ( or, who Wp recommends) I need help Please!!

Buying a domain here at WordPress.com entails buying a plan which doesn’t seem the logical way to create a site if you’re planning to then move domain and site content to some other host. Surely it’s best to decide if you’re going to work here at WordPress.com either with a new site or by upgrading https://hostofangels2015.wordpress.com/
or if you’d rather start again with a new domain/site using the wordpress.org software at some other host (which appears to be your intention).
