Query Loop Questions

    I’m creating a simple Archives page at https://frozensymphony.wordpress.com/archives/ using a Query Loop and Cover blocks. There are two issues I’m running into that I could use some help with.

    First, is there a way to change the Query Loop to display 3 columns rather than 2? I’ve looked through the support guide and can’t seem to find any info on this.

    Second, the very first Cover block is out of line vertically. This odd offset doesn’t repeat anywhere else, only with the first top left cover block. How can I get it to align correctly?

    For the first issue, being the number of columns in the Query Loop block, I found the column setting after opening every nested block under the Query Loop. It was under “Post Template”.

    Still need help with the second issue. Thanks.

    Regardless of the number of columns in the Query block, the vertical alignment of the first cover block is off.

    Still hoping someone might be able to help with this issue.
