Problems getting user signed up

Add topic to favorites
I have a private family blog and have been inviting relatives to join up. Until today, sign-ups were going okay, but then a cousin tried to sign up to Wordress after an invite from me. She did not apply for her own blog, only to be a user on mine.

The other signed-up users appear in my Invites list as “Real Name : Username : http://Fullblogname.wordpress.com” But she appears as “Real Name : Username : http://” only. She can’t get into the site, I can’t delete her from the Invites list and reinvite her, and I can’t delete her from the user list in Manage Users because she’s not there. She seems to have disappeared into some sort of limbo.

Suggestions anyone?

Someone posted a reply: “Settings>Privacy>Add user”. Dunno what happened to that response, but it works. Thanks to whomever replied.
