Private registration cancellation

    I’m trying to delete all my upgrades so that I am not charged for domain registration, private registration, and domain mapping. I don’t see the option to cancel or delete the mapping and when I try to cancel private registration it says “Private whois upgrade not deleted. Please contact support.” Could I pleas have some assistance in removing these upgrades so I can delete the site? Thank you

    Hi there,

    The renewal for your domain pingshotrange.com was cancelled, so the domain is set to expire on September 23, 2015. That domain won’t renew now, and you won’t be charged for it.

    You mentioned that you want to delete the site. I can cancel that domain now, ahead of the expiration date, so you can delete the site permanently. Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of it and can’t use it again anywhere. If you want to keep using the domain somewhere else, please don’t cancel it.

    If you’re sure you want to cancel the domain now, let me know and I’ll take care of that for you. :)
