Primary domain re-links / old twitter address when people subsribe
-
Hi there, My primary domain is http://www.sportsliberated.com but when I post it posts as https://sportchickuk.wordpress.com, a previous address.
Also, on another matter, when people click the subscribe button, it comes up with my old twitter address @sportchickuk and I’d like to change it to @sportsliberated.
Can you please advise?
Thanks

Note that sportchickuk.wordpress.com is still the WP Admin dashboard even if you have setup a custom domain. That means you will still see the sportchickuk.wordpress.com address for your WP Admin dashboard and for things like post previews but users should see the primary domain http://sportsliberated.com/ after a post is published.
Exactly where are you seeing it appear as https://sportchickuk.wordpress.com when you post?
Can you tell me exactly where you are seeing https://sportchickuk.wordpress.com appear when it shouldn’t? I did check http://sportsliberated.com/ and everything looks good with regard to the domain there.

I tried testing this by looking at the Follow tab that appears at the bottom right of the http://sportsliberated.com/ home page when you are logged out of WordPress.com as well as the “Follow” button under the “Follow us on Twitter” heading in your sidebar. The Twitter account @SportsLiberated came up in both cases in those tests.
Were you talking about a different subscribe button?
