can i show only beginning of my post as preview before clic with the orvis theme?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It is possible to insert a tag in your entries that a”cuts off” everything after the tag, so that readers have to click on it to read the rest of the entry. You can find out additional information by reading this:
