Will the premium price of $99 ever go up? or is the price locked in? I am simply looking to find a contact number for this company to ask a few questions. Talking to a human live would be very helpful. Thanks!

All prices are subject to change.

This is a peer support forum where Staff and Volunteers work together cooperatively to provide WordPress.com support. There are tens of thousands of us bloggers and only about 330 Staff, not all of whom are on Support Staff. There is no phone support, and emailing support Staff means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does. Volunteers like me predate all but one staff member even being on Support Staff and we predate the support docs too. We answer the majority of all support questions and when we cannot provide support we tag threads for Staff assistance.

re: purchasing upgrades
WordPress.com provides free blogs and hosts them free of charge. There are no bandwidth charges. All WordPress.com blogs come with 3000 megabytes (~3 GBs) of space for storing uploaded files and images. Free features are listed here https://en.wordpress.com/features/

I can’t promise that the Premium bundle will never go up in price, but we don’t have any plans to increase the price right now.

We don’t offer support over the phone right now, but if you post your questions here, I’ll be happy to answer them!
