Premium Paid for but still showing Free

I paid for my yearly upgrade to Premium on Dec 15, 2015 and disputed it. I have now reactivated and paid the dispute fee. I am still showing ‘FREE’ when I should be PREMIUM!

When you disputed the fee you were refunded by your bank, which means we never received payment for the upgrade, so the upgrade was removed from your account.
If you want to have a Premium Plan you will need to pay for it again, as you cancelled the payment you made in December.

I never received the refund and was told that it was past the 30 days. I was told that the funds would not be refunded but any future auto charges would stop.
No refund!! And I still don’t have the premium features. -

I had our payments team look into this, and it turns out the chargeback was never completed, so you should have had access to the Premium Plan all this time.
We try to check on cases like this, but it looks like your account fell through the cracks. Please accept our apology for this.
I have restored Premium to your account and added an extra six months to it for the time you had lost. As the chargeback was never completed we’ve also refunded the chargeback fee you paid today. You should receive that refund in a few days.
