Add topic to favorites
Are there POST TAGS for the main page (home) to allow people to find my home/Main page? If so where do I put them?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Not for the main page, ie the blog itself. Just use the tags on individual posts, and people will find your blog quickly enough. It can take a few weeks to get into all the search engines, but you’ll get there.
