    i click on the post title to get to the permanent link. the permanent link shows the “post info” in a little box that displays over part of the post (in my case, a photo image). how do i get rid of that “post info” box?

    Do you have a link to your blog? It might help if we can see a post to see what you mean.

    I think what you’re describing is an aspect of the theme you’re using; some themes have different ways of displaying the post date, time, etc, so it might be overlapping. You can change that with the CSS upgrade but it’s not recommended as it also removes things you need (categories, tags, etc). The easiest way is to change themes to one which doesn’t display the post info the same way. You can look at the different themes in Dashboard > Presentation > Themes. Hope that helps.
