Plugin Integration failed

When I activate the Jetpack plugin on my website, it shows me a box. This box states that we will allow you to use this plugin if you open a Pro account. So the question is, isn’t this a free plugin. Or The plugin is free so why not I can use this awesome plugin. Please anyone help me.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe that basic Jetpack support is already integrated into WordPress.com sites, so in fact, you already have the functionality of the plugin you’re trying to install!
The premium Jetpack plans add security features and other convenience measures, but I think the basic plan is already in place.

Hi there,
Jetpack is free to use. It has paid plans with extra features, but those are optional, and there’s no requirement to upgrade to even just activate Jetpack.
If you’re seeing a notice that you need a pro account to use Jetpack, it means this is a requirement from your hosting provider’s end, so please contact their support directly for help with this.
The site the OP linked to, https://allbestmachete.com/, is not hosted on WordPress.com. We have some tips on how you can check for this in our volunteer guidelines at https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-com-volunteers/
