Please help! I purchased a premium plan with Site Origin. Apparently they are associated with you. I am having trouble getting set up. I thought I was purchasing a domain name. Now I don’t know what I purchased.

  I purchased a premium plan with Site Origin. Apparently they are associated with WordPress. I am having trouble getting set up. I thought I was purchasing a domain name. Now I don’t know what I purchased. I have reached out to them. They have no phone number and they won’t email or call me back.

  SiteOrigin and wordpress.com are in no way related to each other. The Premium Plan you bought from SiteOrigin is a plugin you can use on a site using the open source wordpress.org or a wordpress.com website upgraded to the Business Plan.
  They have a refund policy, https://siteorigin.com/about/refund-policy/.
