Please delete my old blog: maulidautie.wordpress.com
I still remember my old username/email for that blog but I forgot the password. And my old email has been closed.
I’ve tried this link https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery but I can’t because I don’t have these :
1) a transaction ID
2) an activation URL or key
3) two factor authentication codes
4) access to the email address associated with the account.
I only know the address of my old email that has been closed.
Please just delete it.

You will have to use Account Recovery in this case https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

If you cannot provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access then you have reached a dead end.

You do know it! That’s good news. :) Make sure you tell the Account Recovery Staff what it is.

I’m sorry, but I still don’t get it :'(
How do I tell the Account Recovery Staff?

If use the account recovery form, they want me to fill these which I don’t know the answer :
1) a transaction ID
2) an activation URL or key
3) two factor authentication codes

the only thing I know is the address of my old email. But I can’t access it anymore :(

You complete as much information as you can in the form and submit it to Account Recovery Staff. When you do that they will email you and deal with this privately. https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

I can’t submit my form, it always said:
“Please provide at least one item of Proof of Ownership.”

what am I supposed to fill if I don’t know the answer of any those three option?

If you do not have access to the email address associated with your account, do not remember your password, and have none of the account recovery verifiable data, then I’m afraid there is nothing that can be done.
