  “Simultaneous imports are not permitted.
  Make sure you are using a valid WordPress export file in XML or ZIP format. Still need help?”

  That is the error I get, repeatedly. I’ve tried:
  – Exporting the full site contents
  – Exporting just pages
  – Exporting just published pages by just one author
  – Splitting the content into smaller files
  – Scraping content from one page, reconstructing the XML file
  
  No matter what I try, I get the same error. I’ve disabled plugins, I’ve installed the WP Importer plugin. I’ve spun around in circles and stood on my head. I’ve prayed for rain, and spoken in tongues.
  
  Nothing works. Please help.
