Payment issue

    Hi there,

    I just subscribed to the personal plan and paid for it,
    now its a few days later and I am getting spammed that I need to pay.
    I have the transaction reference as proof that I did pay.

    is it normal and it just takes a few days or am I missing something?

    Hi there!

    Have a look at your cart and remove any subscriptions that you do not want:

    Once the cart is empty, you will not see prompts to finalize the purchase anymore. I hope that helps :)
