payment for my expired site

    Hi WordPress team,

    I hope all are well and healthy.
    I am contacting to pay for the website (domain) that expired 1 month ago.
    Though I had a visa card saved on the account and sufficient funds, the payment would not go through. Because banks were closed due to the Coronavirus pandemic in my country, I was not able to issue my complaint with the bank until recently. After settling the issue with the bank, I would like to know if I can pay the annual renewal fee for my domain. Looking forward to your kind reply. have a good day.

    I’ve just sent an invoice to pay for the renewal. Can you

    1. Pay that ASAP

    2. Respond here to let us know you have paid?

    As soon as you’ve done that, we’ll reach out to the registrar to get it back.

    Hi there @caravancamp regarding https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/paid-site-not-online-yet/ I see that you did submit the payment, but you didn’t “Respond here to let us know you have paid” as directed.

    I have now contacted our domain provider, and we’ll let you know as soon as the domain has been recovered.
