I’ve had a problem with my payment I cannot get fixed online. I’ve called the number for WordPress and been hung up on three times. IS THERE ANY WAY TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO A PERSON?!

There is no phone support so I have no idea which number you called.
Do you have another username account?
Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Are you referring to a specific website? If so then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?
