  why is my transaction being declined?

  Hi there,

  I checked our system and I see that the card is being declined with the message Your card does not support this type of purchase.. Is this a standard Discovercard? Do you happen to have a different card that you can try?

  This is the only card I have with me.. how do I make the payment then. And I don’t have an account in pay pal.

  Hi there,

  Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
