  I cancelled the domain, but I haven’t get pay back yet. Please check about that.

  We need details please.
  1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?

  Have you actually requested a refund?

  Refunds
  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Canceling upgrades
  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.   We issued your refund on Saturday. Refunds typically take around 10 business days to appear in your account, and this delay is caused by how long your bank takes to process the refund.

  In your billing history you can see a receipt with the transaction ID for the refund. If you haven’t received the refund yet, please contact your bank with that transaction ID as reference.
