Espero que este mensaje le encuentre bien. Mi nombre es Karim, y soy el propietario/administrador del sitio web Elegant-barcelona.com , el cual está alojado en su plataforma.
Me pongo en contacto con ustedes para informarles que he experimentado dificultades al intentar acceder a mi sitio web. He seguido el procedimiento de recuperación de cuenta a través del enlace proporcionado en el correo electrónico de restablecimiento de contraseña, pero lamentablemente el enlace no funciona como se esperaba.
Este problema me ha impedido acceder a mi panel de administración y realizar las tareas necesarias para la gestión de mi sitio.
Aprecio su pronta atención a este asunto y agradecería cualquier asistencia que puedan proporcionarme para restablecer el acceso a mi cuenta. Si se requiere información adicional para abordar este problema, estoy disponible para proporcionarla.
