paid for domain, money left bank but have no purchase history or reciept

I bought a domain with wordpress.com and the money is in pending from my bank along with other transactions from today. the payment page crashed right after i clicked purchase and now i dont have a reciept or any kind of record that I own the domain.
I have gone to the payment history section and there is nothing. i have gone to my domain and tried to login but I get a message saying: user Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested
Im not really sure who to contact and how to resolve this other than disputing the payment with my bank i guess? there doesnt seem to be anything connecting me to the domain that I seem to be paying for. Do I just wait a few days or something? Iv done this a few times in the past but it was never this confusing.

still no reply from anyone who might be able to do something about this. The pending transaction went through so wordpress now owes me a domain but since i have no reciept, no purchase history and no customer service for a day, I have had to dispute the transaction with my bank.

got through to someone on facebook so ill mark it as closed. i guess thats where we go for tech support
