  Hi,
  We have paid for the business plan for 2 years but our account is showing that we are on a free plan. purchased in august 2017, we were using a constructo theme (not wordpress)

  There is a business plan on your account. Can you double check that you do not see it at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ when signed in with the praeterengineering user account.
