"Other Connections" on Publicize Missing

When I view Publicize under the Sharing Settings page I can only see the standard list of six social media platforms with which to connect.

However, on the wordpress support page for publicize (https://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/) it shows the option for “Other Connections” (and displays Eventbrite as an example of one).

Why can’t I see the option for “Other Connections” on my Sharing Settings page?

Thanks for any help you are able to give with this.

You are correct.

Eventbrite is not in WP-Admin also known as the classic dashboard. But you should be able to see it in the new Admin UI here: https://wordpress.com/sharing/reportbrokerfraud.wordpress.com

Eventbrite connection is at the end of the page in Other Connections section.

Needs to be clearer in the Support doc. Marked for Staff attention.

Also, wouldn’t it be logical to have the Setting up Publicize section first before the Using Publicize section?

Thanks for the feedback. The Eventbrite settings deserve their own support document, and we’ve included a link to that in the main Publicize document.

We’ve also mentioned in the Eventbrite document that those settings cannot be configured from WP-Admin.

Would it help if we add links to the Sharing page that allows Eventbrite configuration?
