Only displaying a partial refund

    I bought a year’s worth of a personal plan for $48, realized quickly it wouldn’t work for what I needed it for, and canceled the plan and the domain transfer request no more than 20 minutes after making the initial purchase. However, the refund amount is only for $22, less than half of the initial payment. The site existed for less than an hour and I didn’t go through any of the steps to transfer my domain.
