I deleted my site by mistake omg i have large following on twitter for it. And two other blogs have been erased please help me restore

That will not be possible.
It takes ignoring multiple warnings to successfully delete a wordpress.COM blog including clicking a deletion link sent to you by email and that’s with good reason. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated here http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/ for blogs URLs deleted 2 or more years ago.
You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
