Not Receiving SMS Login Codes

Hey!
Ive been trying to login my account (and have the 2 factor authentication enabled) but i am not receiving any codes.
I do not have google authenticator set up, instead i tend to received codes via SMS. I have been using this feature for quite some time but today it has been causing me a lot of problem. It says recover code sent but i have not received it.
My cellular network says it is working at 100% so no problems at this end.

Can someone please help me with this issue ? Is there a way to regain control of my account?

Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
