Not receiving rest password link

Hello wordpress people,
I’ve been using wordpress.com for years and I never had a serious problem. I love this platform so I’m hoping you guys can help me sort this out. I may be me, or it may be a bug.
I have three wordpress sites all of which have separate emails, gravatars and passwords.
The blog I’d like to access is http://www.infrakshun.wordpress.com with the user name: ‘rasrock’.
Due to a computer meltdown I had to re-do all my passwords. So, I went through the usual process of resetting the infrakshun password and its not appearing in one of the three emails I have. It only picks up on the other two blogs not infrakshun.
Can you suggest my next step please?
